Refund policy

By submitting a request through OTPEDIC, you agree to the conditions listed below. These policies ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
This allows you to return items for a refund if they are unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received them.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Items must include their original packaging, accessories, and components

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Items that do not meet these conditions or are returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Request a Return
    Email our Customer Care Team at support@otpedic.com.
    Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.

  3. Return Shipping
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Refunds
    Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
    Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Wrong size

To request an exchange, contact support@otpedic.com and follow the return instructions.
Once your return is accepted, please place a new order for the replacement item.


Restocking Fee

OTPEDIC does not charge any restocking fees.
