Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated delivery times are based on real-world data from past orders and are for reference only.
OTPEDIC ships to USA. We do not deliver to PO boxes.


Processing

Processing time begins the moment your order is placed.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, but during peak seasons it may take up to 2 business days.
Once processed, your order will be shipped immediately.

Please Note

  • Shipping times may be longer during public holidays due to limited courier operations.

  • Delays may also occur due to incorrect addresses, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for help.


Changing Your Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit.
If you need to update the address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Backorders

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable:

  • We will notify you by email and phone.

  • The unavailable portion of your order will be automatically canceled and refunded, unless we hear from you within 2 business days.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order has shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.


Premium Insured Shipping 

We offer optional Premium Insured Shipping for $4.90.
This protection covers:

  • Loss

  • Damage

  • Theft

Customers may choose to opt out and select free standard shipping instead.


Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

  • If it was delivered while you were absent, contact customer service right away.

  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 5 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Approved replacements will be shipped free of charge.


Taxes

Customers are not required to pay VAT.
